One of the ways I make money with my websites, including this one, is to link out to products on websites that I am affiliated with financially. I am only affiliated with a small number of the things I mention here on this website. But, the FTC requires that I mention that this affiliate relationship exists.
If you click on an affiliate link to a company that I am affiliated with and you end up making a purchase, then that company is supposed to credit me for referring that sale to them and compensate me for it.
